A strategic marketing and communications professional currently based in Austin, TX, I know the value of continuing education. This blog was started as a class project for an open networked learning course, Understanding the Customer Experience, provided by Karlstad Business School and the Service Research Center in Sweden.

I have marketing experience in high-tech software and hardware, as well as business-to-business products. My background runs the gamut from strategic marketing planning and execution, website development, digital marketing, and more.
